Q: How do I know I'm getting a good unit?
A: Savannah SkyRun provides very detailed photos, maps, room inventory, information and maps about the actual unit you will be renting. Want to make sure you’re getting a Savannah vacation rental and Savannah Vacation Home that best fits your unique requirements and can see it online with complete photos.
Q: What’s included?
A: Our Savannah vacation Homes and Savannah vacation rentals come fully furnished with everything from a Microwave, 2 or more TV’s, a VCR, a DVD player, linens and towels, dishes, pots and pans (right down to the corkscrew) and hair dryers.
Q: Am I going to get a good deal?
A: Our rates are generally 10% lower than the web price for a similar unit available from others. In addition, we also give you locals-only tips on where to get a great deals on food and drinks. We also offer you a Savannah SkyRun Discount Card that gets 5-30% off at local restaurants and merchants. Savannah SkyRun can help plan your whole trip, not just rent you the vacation home.
Q: How do I check in?
A: Savannah SkyRun has a full-service check-in center located at 1014 Abercorn Street in Savannah GA 31401. This central location will be no more than 5 minutes from your Vacation Rental. Here you can pick up your keys unless your confirmation letter indicates that you should go straight to your rental. If you will be arriving late (After 6pm), we have a lockbox outside of our door. The combination for the lockbox is in your confirmation letter or call us if you will be late and we'll provide it. The majority of our Savannah vacation rentals have a self check in lock box alowing you to go directly to your Savannah vacation home.
Q: How many people can stay in a unit?
A: Each Savannah vacation renta will generally sleep 2 in each bedroom and 2 on a sleeper-sofa in the living room. Many Savannah vacation homes also have extra beds (trudle, extra double beds, murphy beds, etc). Check each unit for details.
Q: What are the rules?
A: No smoking and no pets are allowed in any of our Savannah vacation homes and Savannah accommodatons, including on the balconies unless the property specifically allows pets. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED. We also require a $300 deposit OR your credit card number on file on each Savannah Vacation rental or Savannah vacation home which will be refunded 2 weeks after you leave when we confirm there is no damage.
Q: How is renting from Savannah SkyRun different from renting directly from the Owner of a Savannah vacation rental Home Owner?
A: All of the Savannah vacation rentals and Savannah vacation homes that Savannah SkyRun vacation rentas represents are owned by private investors. Savannah SkyRun manages these vacation rentals as a local contact for the guests of the owners of the Savannah Vacation Homes and Savannah vacation rentals. What that means for you is that you have one point of contact that you can trust with your credit card information, and trust to be there for you if and when you need us. Our Guest Registration center is right in Heart of Savannah, providing you the service so that you know your vacation rental will be the best it can be.
We believe that Savannah SkyRun vacation rentals offers the best of all worlds. Full Service, like staying in a Hotel, while offering lower prices and access to locals-only discounts like renting directly from the Vacation Rental owner.
